The X -Factor Skill Program is brought to you by E-Konsult, a faith-based female employment platform, in Partnership with The Ark Resources, a career and employment by design company focused on driving intentional career development. Along with other sponsors, they are working together to see graduates equipped with the right knowledge, skill, and exposure to be great hires and build impactful careers.
Then you need to get the X factor to be able to stand out of the crowd, be visible to your intended employer and ultimately, get hired!
The School environment and the ever evolving job market are two different worlds. There is a huge disparity between what students are being exposed to within the four walls of college or the university, and the real needs in the workplace. This disparity has been responsible for the ever increasing number of unemployed and underemployed graduates, and the seemingly shrinking job opportunities.
To bridge this gap, The X-Factor Skill Program has been designed to provide fresh graduates and entry level graduates with quality education for employment! Allow us equip you with the requisite knowledge, skill, character, exposure and experience you need to be a great hire!
Now it’s your turn!
Registration: 25th to 31st October, 2021
