Esthers Konsult (E-Konsult), a non-profit faith based female employment platform, focused on increasing the employment rate and in turn the power of contribution of women to organizational and economic growth through Sustainable employment and career solutions.
Our aim is to actively create employment opportunities for women and equip them to be effective solution providers to organizational and economic growth, as well as impact drivers; by providing advisory services, specialized training programs, recruitment and support services.
We believe that with the right principles, requisite knowledge, skills, exposure, and a healthy dose of hard work, anyone is guaranteed Good Success. This is why through our services, we don’t just focus on developing the competence, but also, the attitude and character required to sustain success and make any female individual, a great asset to an organization or society.

Meet The Team
Our team parades an array of experienced and dedicated individuals, with a wealth of combined work experience spanning well over two decades and cutting across different fields and sectors. They work together to drive E-Konsult's goal and ensure delivery of only the best products and services to our clients (individuals and corporate organizations).
Chioma George-Ekehon
Director, Employment Strategy
Over the last ten years, with her skills in human resource development, employment and corporate transformation, she has actively worked with brands, organisations and employment agencies in both public and private sectors like Telecoms, Banking, Consulting and Education; along the lines of recruitment, training, staff retention, intentional career development, client service management as well as employment-by-design projects.
As a social entrepreneur, she has also been instrumental in driving some transformational projects, geared towards development and empowerment such as: National Youth Summit anchored yearly by Golden Heart Foundation, Youth Employability Summit on the platform of the Nigerian Graduate Advancement Program, Career and Entrepreneurs Forum (CEF) and the Esther Code project, under Esthers Circle Empowerment Foundation, just to mention a few.
Chioma is the managing partner of Ark Resources, a HR organisation set up to drive intentional career development. She is also the Executive Director of Esthers Circle Empowerment Foundation, a social enterprise focused on female capacity development driving core values, leadership and employment development.
Currently, she leads the E-Konsult Team as the employment director, and they are focused on creating employment opportunities for women. This she has consistently done for the past nine years. She is a strong believer that everyone has the power of effective contribution which can truly be harnessed and maximised through personal discovery, responsibility and development; leading to successful, impactful and fulfilled living.
She is married with three amazing children.

George Ekehon
Oyiks Alfred
An avid scholar, Oyiks has a sterling educational history.
She is a graduate of three prestigious ivy league schools.
Havard Business School, Oxford University and Cambridge University.
She is also a graduate of the highly rated London school of business and finance.
Asides from the aforementioned institution, her educational journey spans through a degree in sociology/anthropology from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, a postgraduate diploma in business management from the same university, and a master’s degree from the University of Ibadan, in policy and planning of education.
She is an international conference speaker, and has spoken at the United Nations headquarters in New York on employability challenges among African youths.
She has worked and consulted for various high-profile local and international organizations, and has also proven to be an astute business professional, mentor, facilitator, and a proficient productivity specialist. These are evident from the retinue of well established businesses, and high performing career professionals and entrepreneurs, whom she mentors across different industries, globally.
She is the Principal consultant of New Global Access Partners (N-gap), Vice Chancellor of Truthhill University, Director at Shakara Group and the Executive Director of Crystal Innovation Centre for development.
She is an author with over 12 books, and currently helps organizations and individuals improve their productivity quotient by designing and developing productivity templates, resources and training courses, for improved performance at work and life.
Rolayo Akhigbe
Rolayo is a Senior Vice President in a financial institution with a career in the Finance sector spanning two decades, working with both global and local Financial Institutions across Africa and Europe. Following the completion of her MBA in the United Kingdom, she was one of a handful of international candidates selected by a global financial institution to work in her home country as part of a keenly contested Graduate Management Program. During her career she has had the valuable opportunity to interface directly with organizations across all industries and has been part of the success story of many companies. She has also had access to training from several international experts in the fields of Financial Management, Leadership amongst others.
She has successfully led large cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on leveraging digital solutions.
Rolayo believes strongly in continuous growth and the open sharing of knowledge and acts as a mentor to a number of young professionals seeking to enhance their business, financial and personal skills to equip them to become major players in their respective fields.
Recognized as one of the top 50 leading ladies in Corporate Nigeria by Leading Ladies Africa, she is passionate about the professional development and financial empowerment of women as she strongly believes that empowering women has a direct positive impact on society as a whole.
Rolayo is also passionate about helping people invest wisely in their emotional, physical and financial health as that to her, is the true definition of Wealth. She is a prolific speaker on personal and business finance and has collaborated with several organizations on diverse platforms.
All of these expertise and exposure is what she brings to the E-Konsult Advisory Board.
She is married with children.
Barrister Amaka Azike
Barrister Uzoamaka Azike is the principal partner of UAA Law Firm, a law firm based in Lagos with competence in Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law and Real Estate Law. As a former litigator, she uses this experience in helping her clients in their business dealings.
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, she obtained her her LLB from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka(Enugu Campus) in 2004 and her LLM from the University of Lagos. With an interest in learning something new, she completed the French Beginner class at the Language Centre at Shrivenham Station of the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom.
As an experienced lawyer, she is driven by passion and knowledge and takes pride in providing the best professional services to her clients. In addition to her primary job functions, she has been recognized by various organizations and platforms for her extraordinary commitments to the several causes she pursues.
She sits on the Board of several NGOs and organizations where she brings her vast knowledge in both her professional and personal experiences to the fore.
An alumni of the Dominion Leadership Institute and the Global Leadership Institute, she’s passionate about impacting and changing the lives of people around her with the knowledge and wisdom acquired from these institutes through the Love of Christ. She is a member of various professional and social organizations, she is experienced in crowd control and protocols.
A lover of sports and home baking, she is married and blessed with 3 adorable children.
Ruth Egbe
She is a John Maxwell certified speaker and trainer. She is also a writer, relationship and marriage counsellor, personal development coach for women and youth.
She recently authored a book titled, Sugar And Spice – The Making Of A Woman which is a memoir and also a manual she uses for her structured Mentorship program for women and girls.
Ruth is a very passionate organisational development enthusiast focused on empowering people to lead change and improve culture in their communities by leveraging insight to bring impact.
She is a literary learning advocate that shares thoughts and insights regularly on social and professional media platforms via her blog posts – TheTruthbyRuth. She is married and lives in Lagos with her husband and 3 children.
