Esthers Konsult (E-Konsult) is a faith-based female employment platform, focused on increasing the employment rate and in turn the power of contribution of Christian women to organizational and economic growth through Sustainable employment and career solutions.

Our aim is to actively create employment opportunities for women and equip them to be effective solution providers to organizational and economic growth, as well as impact drivers; by providing advisory services, specialized training programs, recruitment and support services.

Our team parades an array of experienced and dedicated individuals, with a wealth of combined work experience spanning well over two decades and cutting across different fields and sectors. They work together to drive E-Konsult's goal and ensure delivery of only the best products and services to our clients (individuals and corporate organizations).

Chioma George-Ekehon

Director, Employment Strategy

Over the last ten years, with her skills in human resource development, employment and corporate transformation, she has actively worked with brands, organisations and employment agencies in both public and private sectors like Telecoms, Banking, Consulting and Education; along the lines of recruitment, training, staff retention, intentional career development, client service management as well as employment-by-design projects.

As a social entrepreneur, she has also been instrumental in driving some transformational projects, geared towards development and empowerment such as: National Youth Summit anchored yearly by Golden Heart Foundation, Youth Employability Summit on the platform of the Nigerian Graduate Advancement Program, Career and Entrepreneurs Forum (CEF) and the Esther Code project, under Esthers Circle Empowerment Foundation, just to mention a few.

Chioma is the managing partner of Ark Resources, a HR organisation set up to drive intentional career development. She is also the Executive Director of Esthers Circle Empowerment Foundation, a social enterprise focused on female capacity development driving core values, leadership and employment development.

Currently, she leads the E-Konsult Team as the employment director, and they are focused on creating employment opportunities for women. This she has consistently done for the past nine years. She is a strong believer that everyone has the power of effective contribution which can truly be harnessed and maximised through personal discovery, responsibility and development; leading to successful, impactful and fulfilled living.

She is married with three amazing children.

Our Advisory Board

George Ekehon

George is a seasoned financial consultant and social entrepreneur with over 18 years’ experience in both the banking and telecommunications industries in Nigeria. He is a graduate of accountancy from one of the leading universities in Nigeria, after which he obtained a MBA in International Business from the American Intercontinental University of London, England. With several certifications in people development and funds management, project management, cashflow structuring, Capital and Debt Origination. His wealth of experience has led to his working with leading brands like Ntel, 9Mobile, Zenith Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, and Citizen’s Bank, to mention a few, where his expertise in business development, financial advisory, relationship management as well as project management has led to the actualization of strategic goals through funds creation and management.
As a social entrepreneur, he has worked with brands like New Global Access Partners (N-Gap), an organisation that drives youth productivity and empowerment, by providing entrepreneurship and employment opportunities for young people in Africa,  as well as the Career and Entrepreneurs Forum (CEF), a faith based platform where he functions as a lead facilitator and mentor. He is very passionate about social transformation, through human capital development and empowerment and has been instrumental in the execution of several life changing projects.
Having identified the huge opportunities in the agricultural sector in Nigeria, particularly in Fishery, he recently ventured into setting up a Fish Farming business and leads a team that has successfully grown the business from startup to expansion within local and international markets. He is known for taking on seemingly daunting projects and seeing them through, irrespective of obstacles faced.
He is married with three kids and brings his expertise, exposure and wealth of knowledge to the E-Konsult advisory board.

Oyiks Alfred

Oyiks Alfred is clergy, an entrepreneur, an international conference speaker, mentor and employment coach.

She has been involved in human resource consulting for a decade and half with a proven track record of helping individuals and organizations improve their development and growth processes. As a consultant, she has worked successfully with various high profile organizations, both locally and internationally, across different sectors; gaining a reputation as an astute business professional. She is also an International Conference Speaker and has addressed the United Nations Assembly at the United Nations international headquarters, on productivity and employment challenges.

Oyidiya holds a first degree in sociology, a post graduate diploma in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Educational Planning and Policy, and a certificate in Essential Management Skills from the International Business Management School, Berlin. She is an author with over eight books to her credit, two of which are audio books.

Passionate about continuous education as a tool to providing solutions and remaining relevant in an ever dynamic economy, she has pioneered projects such as the Business Breakfast Series (BBS), Beyond the Surface Mentoring Network (BTS),Fourth Man Foundation (FMF) just to mention a few; all geared towards fostering growth through strategic learning, apprenticeship and engaging networks.

Currently, she is the Vice Chancellor of the Truth Hill University, the Managing Director and principal consultant of N-gap, a human resources consulting firm, the host of the My Secret Place Devotional with well over one million daily listeners from around the world. She also sits atop the board of several organisations; serving in advisory and mentoring capacities. She is happily married with four outstanding children and serves alongside her husband Dr. Alfred, as the assistant pastor of the Oak House Church.

Rolayo Akhigbe

Rolayo is a Senior Vice President in a financial institution with a career in the Finance sector spanning two decades, working with both global and local Financial Institutions across Africa and Europe. Following the completion of her MBA in the United Kingdom, she was one of a handful of international candidates selected by a global financial institution to work in her home country as part of a keenly contested Graduate Management Program. During her career she has had the valuable opportunity to interface directly with organizations across all industries and has been part of the success story of many companies. She has also had access to training from several international experts in the fields of Financial Management, Leadership amongst others.

She has successfully led large cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on leveraging digital solutions.

Rolayo believes strongly in continuous growth and the open sharing of knowledge and acts as a mentor to a number of young professionals seeking to enhance their business, financial and personal skills to equip them to become major players in their respective fields.

Recognized as one of the top 50 leading ladies in Corporate Nigeria by Leading Ladies Africa, she is passionate about the professional development and financial empowerment of women as she strongly believes that empowering women has a direct positive impact on society as a whole.

Rolayo is also passionate about helping people invest wisely in their emotional, physical and financial health as that to her, is the true definition of Wealth. She is a prolific speaker on personal and business finance and has collaborated with several organizations on diverse platforms.

All of these expertise and exposure is what she brings to the E-Konsult Advisory Board.

She is married with children.

Barrister Amaka Azike

Barrister Uzoamaka Azike is the principal partner of UAA Law Firm, a law firm based in Lagos with competence in Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law and Real Estate Law. As a former litigator, she uses this experience in helping her clients in their business dealings. 

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, she obtained her her LLB from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka(Enugu Campus) in 2004 and her LLM from the University of Lagos. With an interest in learning something new, she completed the French Beginner class at the Language Centre at Shrivenham Station of the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. 

As an experienced lawyer, she is driven by passion and knowledge and takes pride in providing the best professional services to her clients. In addition to her primary job functions, she has been recognized by various organizations and platforms for her extraordinary commitments to the several causes she pursues.

She sits on the Board of several NGOs and organizations where she brings her vast knowledge in both her professional and personal experiences to the fore. 

An alumni of the Dominion Leadership Institute and the Global Leadership Institute, she’s passionate about impacting and changing the lives of people around her with the knowledge and wisdom acquired from these institutes through the Love of Christ. She is a member of various professional and social organizations, she is experienced in crowd control and protocols. 

A lover of sports and home baking, she is married and blessed with 3 adorable children.

Ruth Egbe

She is a John Maxwell certified speaker and trainer. She is also a writer, relationship and marriage counsellor, personal development coach for women and youth.

She recently authored a book titled, Sugar And Spice – The Making Of A Woman which is a memoir and also a manual she uses for her structured Mentorship program for women and girls.

Ruth is a very passionate organisational development enthusiast focused on empowering people to lead change and improve culture in their communities by leveraging insight to bring impact.

She is a literary learning advocate that shares thoughts and insights regularly on social and professional media platforms via her blog posts – TheTruthbyRuth. She is married and lives in Lagos with her husband and 3 children.
