A little about us:

Esthers Konsult (E-Konsult), a non-profit female employment platform, focused on increasing the employment rate and in turn the power of contribution of women to organizational and economic growth. We have empowered and created employment opportunities for several young women over the years, who have gone on to either get jobs, or create jobs for themselves through our advisory services, specialized training programs, employment projects, recruitment and support services.

About the Program

The Project 120 Employ, is a project designed to equip female graduates with the knowledge, skill, exposure and the visibility required to become a highly sought after value add, solution provider, impact maker, and financially empowered young woman. The program covers both knowledge sharing, practical skill sessions, and internship opportunities; cutting across three faculties in order to not just empower them to get or create jobs, but also, to inculcate the core values, mindsets and habits that guarantee and sustain success.
